Sending a URL to Word gives odd result 1

When sending a URL on a form to a bookmark on a Word document it comes out like this

www.whatever.co.uk#

http://www.whatever.co.uk#

How can the #

http://www.whatever.co.uk#

be prevented?

Thanks PHV, that worked fine

Added a new Web variable then set Web=Hyperlinkpart(WebAddress,1)

This did the job of extracting just
