sending a text message to a mobile phone using VB6

Does anyone knows the code which would can be used to send a text message to a mobile phone using VB6 application?

It depends on what kind of text message. Here in the US, we don't really make use of the SMS used in Europe as part of GSM, so I can't help you with that. But you should be able to send an email to the phone using MS-Outlook. I've received email on my SprintPCS phone before.

If you are still looking for an answer. ICQ has an SMS service that sends through email. Not all mobile networks are included

In the UK, Orange provide a phone number which can be dialled through any modem and uses the "hyperterminal" software supplied by Windows. I don't know anyhting more about this, other than how to use hyperterminal.
