Is there a way by using vm pro or one x portal to send the same message to all users on system, for example "email server down". I did think of using a Hunt group and add a source code for HXXX for the hg on each user, but if some was to listen to it it would be removed from all phones. Anyone any ideas or maybe can One X portal sent multiple messages ?

Depending on the release (i think it's R7 and up) you're running and on the phones (1600 9600) you have you can set the "System Phone Rights" to Level 2 on the User. Then when the VMPro is down you will get a S in the top left corner of the screen then when you press "Status" you'll see a message "Voicemail is down"

Create a huntgroup with everyone in it, select "broadcast" on the voicemail tab for the group. Leave a message for that group and it will put it in everyone's voicemail box; it will be as if you left a message for everyone individually.

This only works for vmpro.
