I have a button on a form which sends a mail to a specified user, containing a document link. The problem is that I can't work out how to attach the link to the NotesDocument underneath the dialog box.

I need a way to extract the NotesDocument object representing the document underneath. I could post the document ID through, but I can't find a way to make a document link from an ID. Anyone?

Thanks! :)

OK, I've done it. Sorry to bother you all!

If this is of any interest to anybody else, I did it as follows: When the button was pressed to open the dialog box, I pushed the value of the NoteID (NotesDocument.NoteID) into a text field in the form comprising the dialog box. Then I retrieved the document with the NotesDatabase.getDocumentByID method, and put that document into the function which builds the link.
