Please keep in mind that the version of your software is important when asking for technical assistance for any product, it's the first thing that any support person will ask.

Here's the sample for CR 9 which shoudl work with later versions also, if this doe4sn't help, got to the BO site and D/L the appropriate example:

Check out the PrintReportWithoutViewing within the Beginner folder

Hi,

Sorry I am using version 11 crystal. I will check out the site and see what info they have Thanks.

Hi,

I'm trying to do the same but with CR8.5

Can it be done?

Thanks

Found it, it can be done :)

[Set Report = crWhateverYourReportName]

Use "Report.PrintOut False"
instead of the usual "CRViewer.ViewReport" to view.

Hi,

Can you give me a bit more info as I have never done this before. Thanks Rachel.

I'm using VB6. Should be somewhat similar in asp, never done it for a browser.

xlax,
