I am the administrator for a company that has some scrupulous employees. One in particular. Is there a way that I can configure exchange to forward a copy of everything he sends out to myself or someone else in the organization for monitoring.

Not really that easy, you can switch on journaling at the mailbox store level, but that will copy ALL incoming and outgoing messages for ALL mailboxes in that store. Of course, if you are using Enterprise edition of Exchange, you could move those suspect mailboxes to their own Mailbox Store.

I believe there may be some third party applications which could assist you.

I initiated the collection of all incoming & outgoing mail.I did find a tool from Microsoft that will archive all incoming & outgoing traffic. Going to try that.

thanks
