Sending a call to voicemail

One of my users asked if there was a way to "send" a call to voicemail after she has seen it come in on her 2616 display. I don't think there is such an option, but the idea would be that she could hit a key when she saw a number she didn't want to talk with and have that call go right into Meridian Mail, without it ringing four times first.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

i dont believe so. If there isn't she can always press another DN on her phone then RLS. At least then she won't hear the ringing anymore.
