Here is a bit of an odd question. I have a location which will be experiencing an outage this Saturday on their local T1 between 8am and 3pm for a fiber replacement at the CO. Our carrier is going to enable the call forwarding feature on this T1 temporarily for us so that we can redirect calls to an alternate site. According to the carrier, all we need to do is seize a trunk on the T1, dial *72 then the number we are forwarding to when we are ready and then send the *73 when we want to turn the forwarding back off. We will be doing this from remote and figured on setting up a speedcall we could dial across our network (x-net) to enable and disable it. Anyone here have any recommendations on the best way to set this up? I am figuring on setting up a special number in ARS pointed to a special route with its' own digit mod. entry.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
