SenderID Tab Missing

I have exchange server 2003 with SP2, but I bring up the properties of the message delivery i don't have a tab for SenderID. The service pack has been on the system for over a year. I'm also missing the IMF Tab. IMF is working but I can't make adjustments to it. I really need to implement SenderID.

Is my SP2 install corrupt and if so can I just re-install SP2?
