Sender info stripping

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to strip the sender information from an email.

Explanation:

I am trying to setup an account as a suggestion box. I will then need to strip away the sender information and forward the information to the person responsible for reviewing the suggestion, without knowing who they were submitted by.

If you're opening each suggestion and manually forwarding it on, then just deleting the header from the e-mail body is enough. No hidden routing information is retained when you forward an e-mail on.
