send XML request from form and retrieve XML response

Hi,
Because of CISP, we have to re-vamp our credit card authorization process. I want to have users press a button a form to send form data as an xml request to our payment processor, and then have the form parse the xml response returned. Can this be done with VBA, or do I have to shell out and run something external to make this happen (vb.net script or something?)??

With recent access version you can play with the ExportXML, ImportXML and TransformXML methods of the Access.Application object.
