Send .wav file to 2 email addresses 1

I have the Avaya IP Office system with Voicemail Pro v. 4.1(27). Is there any way to have the system send the .wav file to two different email addresses. I tried separating the email addresses with a semi-colon and with a comma, but both time it failed to send to either address. The reason I want to do this is that I want then.wav file forwarded to simulscribe.com, which transcribes it and emails it to me, AND I want the .wav file sent to my personal email address. Thanks.

Real simple solution is on your mail server create an email address which would be a distribution list.

Then put the two email addresses you want the WAV file to go in that distribution list.

In VMPro, put the email address of your distribution group.

You should be able to set up an outlook rule to forward the attachment. Google "outlook rule forward email" to learn how.

unfortunately this is not a standard feature of IP office which is a real pity as it would be so easy to implement. The only thing you could do bar using forwarding or mail server is have the call end up in a group mailbox rather than an individual mailbox.

In the group you would have 2 or more users, set it to broadcast the mail to the each user. In the users voicemail field you have an email address for each person so that both now get a copy of the message.

but If you want the IP Office to do it

you could set up two users - each with a seperate email address

Create a hunt group and turn broadcast on. leave the message on the hunt group rather than the individual

the broadcast will forward the message to the two users which in turn emails the relevant email address

So I suppose your brain is on a personal holiday and not a national holiday. And why do the Euros call a vacation a holiday? What do you call a national holiday?

A holiday over here is a bigger event than a simple vacation which is a personal event.
