Send Wake on LAN Broadcast over Frame Relay Link?

Is there a way to successfully configure frame relay to send a Wake on LAN broadcast packet (a "magic packet") across a WAN link using Cisco equipment. I realize that more information might be required to answer this question :)

For example, site A would like to be able to wake up pc's in site B, C and D via a frame relay link with Cisco routers on each end. Is this even possible?
