send trap to ipnetwork through snmptrap command

Hi Folks,

I am able send trap to one IP using snmptrap at a time.
Is it possible to send trap to ip network (Eg: 172.16.2.1/24 ) via command snmptrap?
Eg: snmptrap -v2c -c public 172.16.2.1/24 "" $trap_oid
