Send to VM when phone is busy

Is there a way to send a caller to your voicemail if you are currently on the phone? Right now our system will ring the phone, even if you are on it. The same goes for the voice announce from another extension. It will just come through the speakerphone even when talking to clients etc...

Considering you have more than one System Access (Intercom) button, there are multiple "paths" to your phone.

Programming a button for DO NOT DISTURB will prevent that.

(Feature 00 > Touch a Blank Button > *47 > ENTER > Home.

Voice over speaker when you are on a call, can be handled in that manner, but there's another way if you have a LEGEND R7 or later.

With R7 or laer you can set RECIEVE VOICE CALLS to "IDLE" Only. This way, when you are on the phone, it will only ring, and you will not hear GROUP PAGES either.
