I have a sent message which was addressed to 2 users, but it also went to a 3rd user. If I look at the original message in the sent items, the TO: field shows only the two users (let's say Bill and Bob). I also checked the CC,
BCC and for personal groups. If I look at the properties of the sent message, it shows as transferred to Bill, Bob and Sue.
Nothing in any of the three names is the same, so the autoselect in filling out the message shouldn't be a factor, and even if it was, the name should show in the TO: field. All three names are Internet addresses, but to different domains.
How could this happen? My users are understandably concerned.
