Send To operation in CPS4

Hi,
We are running a new implementation of CPS 4 on 2003. When I launch Windows Explorer and right-click a file, Send To Mail Recipient, it launches Outlook and can send away. When I try it again, click on Mail Recipient, it generates an error: Microsoft Office Outlook: The operation failed.

Why is this occuring? It works on Citrix XPe ok, just not CPS4. Anyone else seen this problem? Client is 9.00

Mail Recipent also is displayed as : Mail Recipient.MAPIMail. I haven't seen this before...

Any ideas?

My guess would be that Outlook will be loaded the first time you do the operation, the second time it is already loaded and it then complains. It will be something like that.

Hi Guys,
Fixed the problem. It was related to the version of JanusSEAL we were using. Upgraded it to the latest on the CPS4 servers and it now works.
