send to mail recipient from acces a strange error!

Hi all,

When using acces and sending a file to e-mail recipient as
an attachment a non-delivery report pops up. The strange
thing is that this is NOT an error from the address I am
sending to, but an address I used a couple of days ago.

The mail does arrive, is not posted in the sent items
folder.

Any suggestions?
I have no idea where to look or what to look for.
