Send To Email from Infoview

I'm just trying to send an email to a specific email address via the 'Send To...' option within InfoView and nothing is happening. Does anyone know what might be causing this. It's a bit strange, because if I schedule a report to go to a specific email address, it works fine!

In BOE-XI (R2) you need to install a DESTINATION server, and configure the SMTP e-mail settings the same as on you REPORT JOB server.

The REPORT JOB server sends the e-mails out when they are run as a SCHEDULE item.

The DESTINATION server sends the e-mails out when a SUCCESS instance is forwarded from InfoView HISTORY.
