If Outlook is installed/ setup and I click on the Send To option on the file menu of Excel or Word and choose attach to email then Outlook is 'automated' to send the email.

Question 1
On Windows 7 if Outlook is not installed/ setup and replaced by the Windows Live Mail app as the default email client. Does the Windows Live Mail app get 'automated' in similar fashion.

Question 2
On Windows 8/8.1 if Outlook is not installed/ setup and one uses the Mail tile app for email. Does the Mail tile app get 'automated' in similar fashion.
