send the password for administrator by email

Hello,
I want to thank you all, this forum is really helpful.
I have one domain controller and we 5 guys work on this domain and I am the only administrator and I must give them all the administrative privilege.
In case one of them changed the Administrator password how allow active directory emailed me the password .
Is there any thing like that .

Tell them not to do it would be a way to go

To answer your question, I've never heard that it's possible.
But maybe a script can fix it?

Don't give them access to the Administrator account. Give them their own admin ids, that way you can track who does what.
