Send test E-mail message

Hello,
I am trying to get my MS Outlook configured to pick up my mail off my Merak Server.
When setting up my Outlook and clicking on "Test Account settings" I am getting a Completed status on
Establish connection
Find SMTP
Find POP3
Logon to incoming POP3

However I am getting a failed message on send test message.
With error "The specified server was found, but there was no response from the server"
I verified the ports were correct.

I am able to receive my messages into my outlook client, just not send.

Any Ideas on what I can start looking at?

It seems to be a problem with the SMTP, but my webmail works fine.
