Send report result in MS Word

When I send result from Quick report (Delphi 5.0) to MS Word, I recive a message:
"The DrawSetRange command is not available because page view is not active."
But, that is one side of problem. That not hepened on all machine, only at one. On all machine I have WIN2K, and MS Office 2000.
There is some problem with configuration of view in MS Word, but I can't find what?
Can some one help me!
