Send/Receive indicates receipt of msgs but nothing in inbox

I have this issue in office 2007, I hit "Send / Receive" and it will say 1 of 1 messages receiveing or 10 of 10... but only a few come through. It's odd cause it's 50/50 if i get emails from people.. some i get some i don't.. sometimes it will say receiving 3 of 3.. and i get 1 in my inbox.

No i've checked spam folder and junk... ect ect.. Still i get nothing. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Are there any filters set?

What is your "current view" set to? Try setting it to "Messages" if it isn't already.

Do you have sub-folders of your inbox and, if so, do you have any rules set to move incoming e-mail to those folders.

thanks for the reply there are no rules set up at all and default view is set to "reading pane >> off

I was asking about any filters not the reading pane. It is possible that the view got changed to "sent to", "documents", or any one of a half dozen options. Click on View ->current view to see what your view is set to.

found the answer, it was a issue with junk mail properties.



Actions >> Junk Mail options >> Pref

Set Junk Mail to Low (It was on high)

UNCHECK the box for "Delete Junk Mail upon arrival"

(Which was checked causeing these emails to be deleted and never seen)
