i need to not constantly get the send/receive error in outlook 2000 when this laptop is not connected to the office network. I know its probally just a simple setting that needs to be changed but am not sure where to change it. Anyone out there know off the top of your heads?

im not sure exactly where it is, (im in outlook 2003) but maybe somewhere in Tools > Options > Mail Setup Tab and then uncheck Send/Receive..
