Send/Receive does not work in Outlook

I have one group called active which contains 2 accounts. It's set to download all from the inbox upon F9 and scheduled send/receive every 5 minutes. All is working fine. Once rebooted, it no longer works. No scheduled activity. No action when Send/Receive is pressed. The policy appears to be correct.

How can I fix it?

Are you sure there is any mail to get/download?

It could be that you already downloaded all the mail, and since there's nothing there, you don't visually see anything happening.

To test, try sending an email to yourself..

Also, to test, go to Tools -> Send/Receive -> Send/Receive Settings -> and select Show Progress

Then click your Send/Receive button, and see if it shows anything.
