send/receive crashing outlook

When i hit send/receive in outlook it will kill the monitor. Hardrive seems to stay running but you have to hold in the power button and reboot to get the monitor back up again. Could this be a video card issue? Thanks for any help.

Yes, it is a video driver problem. I have the same issue with a system that came with a Ghost Operating System from Intel and I had to go an pickup the latest drivers from the manufacturer of the video card. It seems to have solve the problem.
