Send option not showing during message reply

Hello! Hope you can help. I support a three user, BB7750 environment, on Exchange 5.5/Windows2000/BES 3.6. One of the BB's does not have the "Send" option when I open an email. After choosing "Reply", I enter the test, and when I hit the wheel to look for "Send" it is not there.


Any Ideas?

It sounds like that handheld is missing a Service Book.

You'll have to contact your provider so they can send it wirelessly to your device.
