Send on Behalf...

We are using Office 2007.

Would someone be able to confirm something to me please?

If a Manager sets a PA as a delegate through Outlook and makes them an editor on their inbox this allows them to create emails using the FROM field.

Now, is an external recipient aware (email address out on the Internet) that it was actually the PA that clicked the send button?

In O2k3 the mail is stamped From (PA) on behalf of (Manager). I would assume that this is true of O2k7 as well.
