Send on behalf

When a user sends an e-mail from another e-mail box that they have permissions to send from; is it possible to remove the statement that the e-mail was "sent on behalf" so that the recipient does not see the address of the send on behalf person? In other words the only e-mail address that the recipient would see is the address of the box that the e-mail was sent from, and not the e-mail address of the sent on behalf person?

You don't use SEND ON BEHALF for that. You grant the SEND AS permission.
