I have users that have access to more than one e-mail account. They access their own and they access a general Box, like "newbusiness". These users are set up to Send on Behalf on the other boxes. When they send they are saying that the e-mail, when it arrives, has their e-mail address in the from column and not the box that they sent it from. My question is how do you get the name of the e-mail box in the from field when someone is sending on behalf of that e-mail, or can you?

Thanks.

You should be able to just type it in the from field. For example I have access to the info, postmaster, and webmaster mailboxes but I open them all under my profile. If I'm replying to the info account then I type info@domainname.com in the from field and when the recipient receives it it looks as though it was sent from that mailbox.

Cheers.
