Send on behalf of sent box

Hello we have an email account/username called "operations". There are a group of users that send mail on behalf of the operations account. Problem is, the mail send ends up in the original user's sent items box, not the Operations sent box. Is there a way to fix this? So all mail sent on behalf of ends up in the operation sent box?
