Hi All

I have set up a transport rule so that wording, including some Active Directory fields, is appended to emails sent externally.

A lot of our users use the From field in Outlook to send on behalf of someone else. However when the email is received it shows as being from the sent on behalf person but the AD fields pull in the details of the actual sender.

Do you know how I can configure the transport rule so it pulls in the AD fields of the person in the FROM box when we send emails on behalf of someone? We are using Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010.

I did wonder if this was a permissions issue on exchange but so far have not found anything.

Thanks
