I have a mailbox that about 10 staff need access too, I have given them "Full Mailbox Access" rights to the mailbox called Jobs. I have then given them send on behalf of rights. They are using OutlookXP which is configured to show their mailbox and the jobs mailbox in the Outlook Folders.
If I send 2 emails to jobs one from administrator and one from test@account.com (external), they are both received but if I reply to both the emails only the administrator receives a reply, the test@account.com does not receive one.
Is there something else I need to set for this to work.
