Send Name Dispaly

Hi to All,

How can I send Display Name between Business Communication Manager BCM450, and Communication Server 1000 Option11c, in both directions.Note that the link between two PABX is through PRI Card.So I want to know how can i configure the BCM and CS to show Name in display.

The CS1000 D Channel settings will need a RCAP setting with either ND2 or ND3 adding in.

There should be a "Business Name" option on the BCM under "Telephony", "Global Settings" that usually needs a site name adding in.

I think there is another setting on the BCM that needs to be checked.

For the BCM....

You will need the MCDN license.

In addition to what firebirdscrambler said, make sure you have private OLI set on each extension.
