I posted this in the Access Forum and got no response so I will try here. I want to use the Send icon in a Microsoft Access toolbar (paperclip/envelope icon) to send a Microsoft Snapshot Viewer (.snp) attachment using Lotus Notes. The process works fine with Outlook and is supposedly MAPI compliant. With Lotus Notes the send dialog opens and I select "Snapshot Format" but then get "...mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request..." Is this a case of Microsoft and Lotus MAPI being incompatible or do I need to adjust some settings within Lotus Notes?
