Hi all,
looking at sending meeting req based on AD location. our AD has its computer and user objects updated on start up and logon to reflect current user and computer locations. i was thinking of three things and wanted some advice
1. get an off the shelf product to do this? has anyone got any recommendations/experience
2. use existing calendar invite and just maintain/script the update/creation of Exchange DLists based on AD Site/Subnet info
3. create an outlook addin which allows user to select AD site locations (formatted nicely with friendly names) and then updates open meeting request with the information
any feedback would be welcome. sorry if this is not exactly vba specific at this point...i am sure it will be soon.
