send mail on cpu usage on win2000

Bonjour,

I want to display in an output file the cpu usage by running a batch file ( cmd command) every hour.
Then by analysing this file I will be able to send a mail
on high cpu utilization.

I try pmon.. but I can't redirect the result in an output file.
