I am new on my helpdesk and have a call from a user to attach documents and send them out through CRM.
I am very new to CRM with a very basic understanding.
Is this possible, My manager has said no, other forums say it can be done using workflow but I do not want the user to have access to the server.
She is using CRM through the Web interface.
Any thoughts?
