Unfortunately there is no way that I have found to have a "reoccurring" e-mail. The best that you can do is to create several e-mails and put a delay on each one. Here is a question and answer taken from Novell's CoolSolutions site regarding the delay scenario.
Question: N.J. wrote: Is there a way to set sent emails to go to a "to be sent file" for, say 3 minutes, before they are sent, so you have a second chance to alter or retract before it goes out?
Answer: You can delay the delivery of an item or all items you send. Follow the instructions below:
To delay the delivery of one item, open an item view > click File > Properties. or
To delay delivery of all items you send, click Tools > Options > double-click Send.
Click Delay Delivery.
In the text box, specify how many days later you want the item delivered.
The day and time the item will be delivered appear in the Until box.
Click OK.
There used to be an NLM floating around called "sendnlm.nlm" which was a command-line mailer similar to the "mail" command. I've used it for just this purpose.
You create a text file containing the message, then set up a cron job to mail the file on a schedule.
Google for "sendnlm.nlm" and you may find it. I can't speak for NetWare version compatibility.
