I am trying to send a form with the selected record data. Can some one help with this.

Send it to where? I think what you are looking for is a report.

Professor: But what about your superintelligence?
Gunther: When I had that there was too much pressure to use it. All I want out of life is to be a monkey of moderate intelligence who wears a suit. That's why I've decided to transfer to Business School.
Professor: NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

This post appears to be the same as:
send object with data
thread702-1291859

Sorry I thought they were to different forums. Was not sure which one to do it in. I did want to make a VBA code to do it if possible. I had no luck with marco.

First thing you will want to do is write a query to get the data that you want.

Then design your report based off of that data.

Then 'send' your report. Do you want to send to a drive, email, internet....?

why should you need to create a query you could just add the fields in the in function where you use the docmd.sendobject "........",

it should be really simple
