Hello EveryOne:

As sending a form in a mail so that they fill it and then to send that form to a BD and make views of the entered data.

Thank you for their Help

Two questions :

1) this is internal to the company, right ?
2) Why don't you just make a database with the form, allow Default to be Author, and send everyone a db link with a request that they fill in the form ?

If you want to send the form data in Notes, you just have to check the appropriate box in the form properties. Since you need a special form with fields and buttons, you will not be using the Memo form (default mail form), so it is not a problem.
The only issue I see is that you cannot be guaranteed that users will allow form execution in their mail (I know I don't !).
Nevertheless, if it is to work, you will have to provide the user with everything necessary to ensure the proper resending of the form when complete. Do not count on the user to manually send the filled-in form to the proper address - you'll be missing forms for sure.

Pascal.

Thanks, I create a DB for exclusive forms..
