I need to send down the dialed number or part of the dialed number to the extension after the call has been answered. Sometimes this is called after dialing. What I need to do is assign a hunt group of DID's to an Analog extension. When a call is received it is routed to the assigned extension. I'm not sure what has to be setup in order to pass the dialed number to the analog extension. If anyone has done this or has any ideas I would love the help. Thanks

I've set this up using Message Manager. You need to setup the following:

1 AAS (auto available skill/split) 23 in this example.
x AAS (auto available skill/split) agents, assign them to the analogue extensions that the fax server is connected to (x being same number of agents to lines).

Create a new VDN/Vector for a 'fax' line, set the vector up as follows:

01 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
02 converse-on skill 23 pri m passing vdn and none
03 wait-time 10 secs hearing ringback
04 stop

When the call is presented to the VDN, it will ring to the skill when answered by the agents it will pass the VDN number (plus a #) filter this at the fax server end.

You may need to build in some 'if no agents available...' steps in the vector, depends on lines/capacity etc.

Cheers,
NJ
