Send emails (by code) from different accounts in Outlook 2000 CW

I'm trying to create a add-in to allow user to send emails from Outlook 2000 from desired account. (in my case - hardcoded)
Does anybody know how to do this?

Because i even can't find the way to do it manually.
In Outlook 2002 - its really easy.. but in 2000... thats the problem.
