Is there a way to send an email to specified addresses when an Access file is changed? I would like to notify all the users (<10) of changes to the database.

Thanks,

Brian

Can you explain a little more? By file, do you mean database? Changed in what way: design, data, etc? Changed how: through a form, directly, etc?

I agree with Remou here, you need to be a little more specific. I can't imagine you want to send an email for every record change.

In addition to other tables, I have tables tblActivity and tblSchedule. The users will add/modify records using forms frmActivity and frmAddUpdateSchedule. I would like to email the users when records are added/modified. Each of the forms have control buttons AddRecord. Perhaps I should notify users when the AddRecord button is used?

All the users are within the company.

Thanks,

Brian

Try the AfterUpdate and OnDelete events.
