send email alert when password almost expires

Hi,

I need to send an email to users who ony use (exchange) webmail to connect to the network when their password almost expires.
When you are working on a client you get a message when your password is almost expired, but some users on a different location only use webmail and don't get a warning for changing the password.

Is there some kind of event logged somewhere to trigger on with MOM or something so I can send the user an email ?
