Hi All,

I have searched in the posts and I have found some information, but I do not want to send an attachment or report snap shot. I want an e-mail sent to 5 people when an Access form has been updated with a one-two sentence message and to not reply to the e-mail.

Is this difficult to do? I am using Access 2003 and Outlook 2003.

thanks in advance,

Maribel

Why not simply something like this ?
DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject, ...

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thank PH. It worked. I tested it using e-mail address in house and my hotmail account. I received my e-mail and the other person too, but I have not received it in my hotmail account.

thanks!
