Send e-mail NOT as an attachment

I have tried to send a mail from Excel using VBA and can do this via an attachment.

I was wondering whether there is a way to send an email with the data within the mail, i.e. not an attachment. Moreover, as if the data in Excel is copy and pasted into the outgoing mail.

I don't have the answer to your problem, but if you have OLE embedded obects in an E-mail, it might make the e-mail much larger than if it were an attachment. In my office, an embedded OLE object is usally 10 times larger than the same file as an attachment (using Exchange Server 5.5/Outlook 2000). Again, I know this doesn't help you, but thought I might let you know.
