What scripting language would it be to have Symposium pass on DNIS information to a CTI application?

There is no direct way. Without scripting, your CTI application can access the meridian data link (MDL) from SCCS/CCMS. This is the cleanest way.
If you can't use the MDL you can use HDX commands (SEND INFO, GET RESPONSE etc). These commands require integration of your CTI application with Nortel middleware anyway (which is less common and less robust than using the MDL).
