send digits before dialing kxtd 816

Hello

I have a KXT-D816
My customer is adding two voip trunks through skype
When you seize a particular land you need to put 00 in front of the call and then enter your phone number ie..
00-1-555-123-4567

I would like to put the numbers is a trunk group, that would insert the 00, so dialing it would not be neccesary.

Would it also be possible for these prefixt digits to be inserted if they push a line for a specific trunk

you can use ars to do that and force those calls out on a specific trunk group

Look up Automatic Route Selection. It's what you use when you have different carriers on different trunk groups.

So the flow would be something like this;

ARS receives digits (ie a long distance #), then it selects the right TRG (truck group), then it add digits (b4 or afterwards).

Study this in the Feature & Programming manuals and then trial-and-error it until you are happy!
